Why bother learning about more tools?

Because different tools do different things! If you only have a hammer, then everything looks like a nail and you'll only solve a small number of problems well (p.s. hammers are also really good at breaking things!).

Having more game gives you more options. Having more options helps you see things others can't. If you see things other can't you're on the right path to creating more value for your org.
